Description: El proceso para la generación de la capa se inició con la consolidación de la base de datos catastral a nivel nacional de los registros 1 y 2 del IGAC, los catastros descentralizados y delegados. Teniendo como variable el tamaño predial, se calcula deciles para cada municipio estableciendo así puntos de corte, luego estos se comparan a nivel nacional y se itera hasta llegar a punto óptimos, sensibles y robustos, garantizando que en cualquier municipio exista predios en al menos 3 de los rangos establecidos. Se utilizan los siguientes 16 rangos establecidos estadísticamente: (Hasta 0,5 ha), (Entre 0,5 y 1 ha), (Entre 1 y 2,5 ha), (Entre 2,5y 3 ha), (Entre 3 y 5 ha), (Entre 5 y 10 ha), (Entre 10 y 20 ha), (Entre 20 y 50 ha), (Entre 50 y 100 ha), (Entre 100 y 200 ha), (Entre 200 y 500 ha), (Entre 500 y 1000 ha), (Entre 1.000 y 2.000 ha), (Entre 2.000 y 5.000 ha), (Entre 5.000 y 10.000 ha), (Mayor 10.000 ha).Nota: El Instituto Geográfico Agustin Codazzi en diligencia del deslinde 2014-2016 estableció, una vez evaluada pruebas y argumentos que los límites descritos en 1947 son claros, identificables en terreno, corresponden a la realidad geográfica y que toda área, es decir, Belén de Bajirá, Nuevo Oriente, Blanquicet y Macondo pertenecen a la jurisdicción de Riosucio (Chocó), y no a Mutatá y Turbo (Antioquia).
