Description: La Unidad Agrícola Familiar (UAF) se utiliza como un parámetro para aproximarse a la caracterización del fraccionamiento antieconómico de los predios privados destinados a actividades agropecuarias dentro de la Frontera Agrícola (FA). Para llevar a cabo este analisis, se determina el número de propietarios pertenecientes al último decil que poseen extensiones de tierra que exceden el límite superior del rango de la Unidad Agrícola Familiar (UAF) establecido para cada municipio. Este ejercicio implica comparar el área total controlada por el 10% de los propietarios con las mayores extensiones en cada departamento, frente al rango máximo de la UAF por Zona Relativamente Homogénea (ZRH) asociada a dicho departamento.Se han establecido los rangos de la UAF en una banda establecida por municipio con un valor mínimo y máximo tomando los valores de la metodologí­a por (ZRH), los cuales se precisan en las resoluciones 041 de 1996 y 020 de 1998, emitidas por el Incora.
